Short Story When it Rains - 698 Words
Prologue: When the clouds are gray, moves overheard and birds stop singing, flying quite low; The ground smells emit, as the temperatures high contrasting the pressure. Then,It only foretells that rain is coming. And when it does, people usually look out of the window panes to witness the million raindrops that fall out of the sky. Breathing heavily, as the memories of sadness comes back to life. That you almost wish to bury everything in a shroud of oblivion. Along with it, is the coldness humidity that makes you want to wrap your arms protectively around yourselves just to keep the icy ominous skin, warm or rather to block out any sad thoughts that taunt to trespass the arms engulfing your writhe bodies. There are also times,every so often, due to too much sadness you endure inside that you also want to shed bitter tears and join the heaven in its grief-stricken moment. Although not everyone sees rain negatively similar to what I aforesaid. Especially, for someone I knew the most. Owning to the fact that she conceptualizes rain in the different manner. However, that the reason behind this isnt because it gives me an overwhelming feeling that wash away the pain of yesterday nor does she loves on falling asleep in the sound of the rain.
